Truly excellent service. Clive and the team go above and beyond. Gave excellent advice to me and my son, got him on the right bike for him. Easy to deal with through start to finish. They even helped put the bike on the back of the Ute and tie it down for me! I wouldn’t go elsewhere.
Have used them for servicing of my older bikes and never had a problem. Excellent people and product.

I needed a replacement clip for my Shark Helmut visor. GSM don't sell the clips separately but helped me out by giving me (at no cost) a complete Shark visor (clips attached) that had some minor scratches on it. Great after sales service.
